Position Overview:
We seek an experienced Director of International Sales to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will be based in the Middle East and will drive sales across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The primary focus will be on leading Bitcoin miner sales while supporting other business development efforts related to Gen AI infrastructure and Blockchain technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
- Drive Bitcoin miner sales in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Gen AI infrastructure and Blockchain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent Auradine at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in Blockchain and AI.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned regions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of the blockchain and AI landscapes.
Compensation
The national pay range for Director, International Sales roles is $150000 and $400000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and aligned with Auradine’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
